Lu Hu is currently pursuing her studies at UNSW Sydney, where her research focuses on the emulsion and foaming properties of plant-based milk for barista application. This project reflects Lu’s broader interest in food science and sustainable plant-based alternatives, it also connects to her previous work experience in the dairy and beverage industries. Lu is particularly excited about this project because, “I believe research is most meaningful when it addresses real-world problems and contributes to practical solutions.”
