Food safety is a business essential. The implications of supplying unsafe food can be greater than the investment required to ensure food safety.
The Commonwealth Food and Agribusiness Growth Centre, Food Innovation Australia Ltd (FIAL), in partnership with the Australian Institute for Food Safety & Technology (AIFST), invites all Directors, board members and business owners of Australian food and beverage manufacturing businesses, large and small, to attend its Food Safety Governance Training course.
This virtual training session is designed to help attendees understand the importance of food safety governance, their responsibilities in ensuring it, and their role in assuring food safety performance.
It will also detail the tools required to accurately monitor and verify food safety system performance and outline the essentials of good food safety governance.
Key information
The session will take place online, via Zoom, on Thursday 15 September 2022 and will run for two and a half hours from 2-4.30pm AEST (with a break).
Tickets cost $115 per person.
