Food systems: The next frontier in climate action

According to a recent article by Daniel J. O’Brien and Devan Crane from Yale Climate Connections, emerging research suggests that we can abate more than 55 per cent of anticipated warming from global food consumption by reducing food loss and waste, shifting to more plant-based diets and adopting production practices that prevent heat-trapping pollution.
