$6m in DPIRD funding for WA agrifood firms to support value-adding

The WA Government Department of Primary Industry and Regional Development (DPIRD) is offering $6m in funding to eligible businesses to establish or expand food or beverage value-adding and processing operations in WA, driving growth and jobs in this vital sector.

Round 3 of DPIRD’s Value-Add Investment Grants Program is offering individual grants of between $15,000 and $1,000,000 in two streams:

  • the capital investment stream, which targets businesses looking to expand, diversify or relocate their value adding and processing operations in WA.
  • the feasibility stream, which provides financial support to help businesses with planning, feasibility and other de-risking activities related to decisions around capital investment.
