Save the Date: FFS Summit 21-23 February 2024, Perth WA

In a major industry-research collaboration co-funded by the FFS, scientists at Western Sydney University will work with urban-farm outfit Vertical Patch, Episteme Solutions and NSW DPI to explore novel solutions for monitoring glasshouse-grown crops in near-real-time, laying the foundation for a decision support system enabling seamless automated production. The inaugural FFS Summit in Brisbane was such a success that we’ve scheduled a second one, this time in Western Australia. ‘For Food’s Sake – It’s our future’ Summit will include a gala dinner on Wednesday 21, conference sessions on Thursday 22 and a number of optional tours, including a visit to the new Food Innovation Precinct Western Australia, on Friday 23.
