The Food Technology Facility (FTF) Project is a collaboration between WA State Government, the CRC Entity and Murdoch University. The FTF will be an open access facility that food companies can use to research and develop new products. As such it is intended to facilitate product innovation and development, reducing the hurdles of risk and cost involved when significant capital investment is required to take products to market.
