Kesewa Opoku Agyemang is a driven and passionate student pursuing her PhD in Sustainable Freight Modeling at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). With a keen interest in the intersection of engineering and sustainability, Kesewa is dedicated to exploring innovative solutions to reduce the environmental impact of agricultural transportation. In her current research, Kesewa studies the development of sustainable freight models for agricultural supply chains that can promote more sustainable transportation practices. Her work aims to provide practical and effective solutions for the agricultural freight industry, ultimately contributing to a more sustainable and equitable future. “I am thrilled to be working on sustainable freight modelling in agriculture as it has the potential to reduce the carbon footprint of the transportation industry significantly. We can help create a more sustainable future by developing innovative models and solutions.” My primary supervisor is Dr Elnaz Irannezhad and Associate Professor Taha Rashidi.
