The School of Photovoltaic and Renewable Energy Engineering grew out of the Australian Research Council Photovoltaics Centre of Excellence in response to the growing industry of renewable energy. Its world-leading research includes holding the record for developing the most efficient silicon solar cell for more than two decades.
The School of Photovoltaic and Renewable Energy Engineering brings significant capabilities around efficient, cost-effective renewable energy to the CRC.
