Western Australia’s Peel region is on the brink of change, expecting a dramatic wave of new entrants attracted by the area’s abundant resources, picturesque environment and enviable lifestyle that will establish Peel as one of WA’s biggest population centres by 2050, with a projected population of 444,000. The commission has worked closely with more than 200 stakeholders to form a shared view of Peel’s future as a Progressive, Prosperous and Dynamic Region.

Peel Development Commission brings valuable regional datasets and knowledge to the CRC that can be used to help plan and develop a smart food-industry cluster in Peel.
