The Institute for Future Environments (IFE), a transdisciplinary research and innovation institute, brings together hundreds of researchers and students to collaborate on large-scale projects relating to the natural, built and digital environments that support the world’s food, energy, infrastructure and communications systems. Its research generates knowledge, technology and practices that help to make these systems more sustainable, secure and resilient.
IFE brings substantial capabilities in the design and planning of smart, sustainable future food environments to the CRC.
