The project entails analysing process parameters influencing the properties of wheat grains in grain dryers during the manufacturing process of Weetbix. The outcomes will assist Sanitarium Health Food Company in optimising its operations and improving product quality by enabling a better control of the drying process and, potentially, improving the design of grain dryers.
