FAN Meet the Makers showcase

Tue 3 May 2022, 2-7.30pm AEST

The Food & Agriculture Network’s annual Meet the Makers event is designed to foster business relationships and opportunities for collaboration among FAN Members, and between Members and industry buyers and supporters.

The event, divided into a buyer session (2-5.30pm) and a networking session (5.30-7.30pm) showcases fresh produce and food and beverage products from more than 100 FAN members based in the Sunshine Coast region – from Noosa, Gympie, Moreton Bay and beyond – to more than 500-plus potential buyers, distributors and consumers.

Meet the Makers is designed to foster productive business relationships and opportunities for collaboration among FAN Members, and between Members and industry buyers and supporters. The event also helps to advance FAN’s collaborative regional food ecosystem, in which industry and FAN stakeholders work together to drive innovation in the agrifood space and accelerate regional growth.

The trade showcase aligns with FAN’s strategy, as a specialised regional agrifood industry cluster, to expand collaboration among all along the supply chain, and with those of numerous local stakeholders, and aligns with FAN’s mission: to make the Sunshine Coast region of South East Queensland an epicentre for scaling onshore food and beverage manufacturing businesses.
