R&D Grant Readiness Seminar for Manufacturers

Fri 8 October 2021, 3-5pm AEST

The Brisbane-based Advanced Robotics in Manufacturing (ARM) Hub has teamed with Price Waterhouse Cooper (PwC) Australia to host a two-hour seminar aimed at ‘ARM-ing’ Australia-based manufacturers with insights into the latest R&D funding opportunities.

Melissa Nugent, ARM Hub Business Development Manager, will begin the session with an overview of the grant funding opportunities available to Australian manufacturers and tips on delivering successful applications. The PwC team – specialists in both R&D and grant applications – will help attendees gain a more thorough understanding of the R&D tax incentives available to increase cash flow for businesses. Samuel Jesuadian, ARM Hub COO, will follow with a presentation on current, large-scale opportunities for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) to collaborate with universities and research institutions on research and development.

During the final half-hour, attendees can schedule one-on-one sessions with the ARM Hub team to further explore the possibilities in modernising manufacturing processes, equipment and facilities, and to discuss how investing in science, technology and design can work for their business.
