A new podcast features some of the many speakers who’ll be addressing Singapore’s APAC Agri-Food Innovation Summit on 26-28 October 2022.
The focus of the 17-minute podcast is the state of the food system in Asia.
It includes valuable insights on the investment landscape for alternative proteins; the disproportionate percentage of agricultural land dedicated to livestock; and how sustainability starts with individuals, from three industry heavyweights:
– Anuj Maheshwari, Head of Agri-Food at Temasek;
– Sunny Verghese, Co-Founder and Group CEO of Olam Group; and
– Beverley Postma, Executive Director at Grow Asia.
