iMOVE Conference 2022

Mon 14-Tue 15 November 2022, 9am-5pm AEDT

Australia is progressing in its quest for cleaner, smarter, more equitable transport but much remains to be done. Now more than midway through its 10-year funding period, iMOVE has numerous projects in the transport space, tackling a broad range of challenges with its partners.

iMOVE’s 2022 conference, states the host, is ‘both a celebration of outcomes to date and a launchpad for the next wave of thinking and projects across a number of key topics’.

Conference agenda and speakers

The conference is structured as a series of facilitated discussions, debates, panel sessions and roundtables. The agenda covers various transport-related issues including

  • optimised networks for people and goods movement;
  • evolving supply chains to meet increasing freight task demand;
  • last-mile, active transport and e‐mobility;
  • ‘greening’ transport networks;
  • new decarbonisation technologies;
  • ‘Mobility as a Service;
  • vehicle robotics and automation.

There are also special student and an open Q&A session with researcher panel, and ample opportunities to mingle and exchange ideas, including a networking drinks event post-Conference sessions on Day 1.
