Food & Fibre Gippsland’s annual Excellence in Agribusiness Awards is a regionally based program that recognises, celebrates and rewards collaboration and innovation across Gippsland’s vibrant agribusiness sector.
The competition adopts a two-tiered approach, with three ‘premier’ awards – Agribusiness of the Year; Young Agribusiness Leader of the Year; and Female Agribusiness Leader of the Year – and 13 additional awards that span the entire food and fibre supply chain.
This year, thanks to COVID-19-related restrictions, F&F G’s usual high-profile awards dinner has been scheduled for later in the year than usual.
The 2020 Awards Presentation Gala Dinner to announce winners of the 2020 Excellence in Agribusiness Awards will be held on the evening of Friday 20 November from 6-11pm at the historic Cobb & Co Stables in Sale, Victoria.
Food & Fibre Gippsland says the evening will feature ‘a feast of local produce and a whole lot of fun celebrating the quality and diversity of agribusiness in the region’.
