On 12 May, UK-based Forward Fooding founder and CEO Alessio D’Antino had a cosy ‘virtual fireside chat’ with Agrilution co-founder Max Loessl. During their hour-long chinwag, D’Antino and Loessl explored agrifood-tech trends and shared advice and tips for the ag-tech and food-tech start-up communities.
Agrilution is an intelligent vertical farming system for the home, in which all the components needed to grow edible micro-crops seamlessly ‘on demand’ – from the elegantly designed Plantcube’s inbuilt water tank, high-tech trays and LED lights to seeds and substrate – are included in the package.
