In 2020, the annual Probiota gathering, hosted by NutraIngredients‘ publisher William Reed, evolved into a three-day digital summit. In 2021, Probiota again took place online. The livestreamed sessions were scheduled over three days between February 9 and 11, and are available after the fact to those who register.
The 2021 summit content consists of on-demand recordings of the live sessions as well as an extensive collection of exclusive on-demand content. This additional content includes a video series of interviews with pioneers in the prebiotics and probiotics category, along with insights from representatives of leading companies in the sector.
Each day of the virtual summit has a specific focus:
- Day 1 (9 February 2021): Investment and opportunity;
- Day 2 (10 February): Beyond the gut; and
- Day 3 (11 February): Pre & probiotics futures.
